Construction and size: the product is constructed from a solid aluminium base, while the upper part is made of hard plastic. The plastic part is designed to prevent slipping. The step is approximately 125 mm wide, making it easy to get in and out of the vehicle safely.
Weight and composition: the total weight of both footrests, including the mounting brackets, is approximately 14 kg. These footrests are lightweight and do not add to the weight of the vehicle or fuel consumption. Their lightness is combined with the strength provided by the single aluminium base, which measures approximately 40 x 110 mm and is 2 metres long.
Mounting brackets: with a thickness of approximately 5 mm, they are made of metal. The thickness of the brackets guarantees high resistance to weight and any off-road impacts. The brackets are powder coated using cataphoresis. This ensures long-lasting protection against chemicals and other types of damage, as well as allowing for better adhesion of the top coat. Before the primer is applied, the products are sandblasted. This process improves microporosity and therefore the adhesion of the primer, resulting in a professional finish.
