Our Tiger model Bull Bar is designed to enhance the appearance of your off-road vehicle and protect the lower front section from everyday wear and tear and damage caused by off-road use. The product is extremely robust, measuring 70 mm in diameter. Its design does not interfere with parking sensors.
Construction method: the product is made of steel and the welds are argon welded. This type of welding ensures deep penetration and homogeneous fusion of the materials. This technique offers high quality and great mechanical strength. This allows for greater resistance and durability. Argon prevents atmospheric contaminants such as oxygen and moisture from interacting with the molten pool, thus preventing oxidation, ensuring superior weld quality and increasing durability.
Finish: the product is coated with cataphoretic powder paint, ensuring long-lasting protection against chemicals and other types of damage, as well as allowing for better adhesion of the topcoat. Before the primer is applied, the products are sandblasted. This process improves microporosity and therefore the adhesion of the primer, resulting in a professional finish.
Installation: the Bull Bar comes with a complete installation kit. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling or welding on the vehicle. Mounting brackets are supplied as standard, along with assembly instructions.
